Healing Meals

Community Project

Since opening their doors in 2016, this amazing Simsbury based non-profit organization has served over 6,000 100% organic meals to 42 families in 14 towns dealing with a health crisis. These clients have difficulty shopping for and preparing healthy meals because of their serious medical diagnoses; about 90% of whom are cancer patients. They had 75 adult volunteers and 70 youth volunteers who provided 2,500 volunteer hours.
